Books and compliance
Send your bank statements and bills. Your books are kept within 24 hours, and GST, TDS, payroll and Registrar filings are done on their dates.
Month-end close
Your month closed on a fixed working day, with a report you can act on: profit and loss, balance sheet, cash, who owes you what, and what changed.
Controllership and CFO
Board and lender reporting, 13-week cash forecasts, group consolidation and partner time every month, for companies whose numbers are read by investors, banks or a parent.
India entry
Vehicle, incorporation, FC-GPR, transfer pricing and parent-format reporting for foreign companies setting up in India.
Six parts of your finance function, each with a team behind it
Books, GST, payroll, the monthly close, CFO support and India entry. You log in any time and see exactly where each one stands.
Your bank statement in. Your books out, within 24 hours.
Upload a statement or connect your bank. Every line is posted and matched by the next working day, and anything unusual is listed for you with a name against it. Bills are read automatically and recorded with their GST.

- Payroll cost in the books on pay day
- Form 138 and Form 130 on time

Frequently asked
Is Finac software or a service?
A service, delivered on our own platform. You upload or connect your bank, a finance team does the work, and you see everything they see. There is nothing to learn and nothing to do on a deadline.
What does it cost?
From ₹6,999 a month, excluding GST, rising with the work: transactions, registrations, states, headcount and reporting depth. Six bands, published on the pricing page. Two minutes on the scoping flow tells you which one applies to you, before anyone calls.
We already have an accountant. What changes?
The books stay current instead of catching up at year end, filings are made from reconciled books, and the month closes on a date with a pack you can read. Your auditor keeps the audit.
How long does onboarding take?
The first month. Books are caught up, the calendar is set, and the first close lands on its date from month two. Companies several months behind get a catch-up close, scoped separately.
Where is Finac?
Run by AKSSAI ProjExel Private Limited, a chartered-accountancy-led firm with offices in Jabalpur, Bhopal, Noida and London, serving clients across India and finance functions for companies in the US, the UK and Australia.
