Finac, and the firm behind it
Finac is the outsourced finance department for growing Indian businesses. AKSSAI ProjExel is the chartered-accountancy-led firm behind it, and the finance platform it runs on. Both are built for one outcome: books that are always current, and numbers you can act on.

AKSSAI ProjExel Private Limited
A chartered-accountancy-led professional services firm founded and led by Anil Sharma, a chartered accountant with about twelve years at a Big Four firm before AKSSAI. The group has offices in Jabalpur, Bhopal, Noida and London, and entities in GIFT City, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Beyond India, the firm runs month-end close, FP&A and controllership for companies in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, and helps foreign companies establish and run Indian subsidiaries and captive finance teams.
Finac
Finac is the service AKSSAI built for Indian businesses that need a finance function and do not want to build one before they need to. Books never more than 24 hours behind the bank. GST, TDS, payroll and company-law compliance handled without reminders. A monthly management view the owners read. A named team.
Finac is selective by design. It is for operating businesses that intend to grow and will work with a finance team, and it says so early, on the scoping flow, before anyone asks for a call.
Finac runs on AKSSAI’s own finance platform
Bank statements and bills captured and posted. Invoicing with GST and e-invoicing fields. GST and TDS modules that reconcile returns to the books. Payroll, a fixed-asset register, stock and manufacturing, a compliance calendar, a file manager, and reports from trial balance to ageing and cash flow. Documented in the Finac Guides and the help centre, so clients can see exactly how the work is done.

Four commitments, kept on every engagement
Documentation over marketing
We publish what we know: calendars, guides and observations, for every business, whether or not it becomes a client.
Professional accountability
Engagements are written, standards are stated, and the firm stands behind the numbers.
Selectivity
A limited number of new clients each month, chosen for fit. The scoping flow tells a business where it stands before anyone speaks.
Fees that follow the work
From ₹6,999 a month, moving with scope, in advance and in writing.
Your numbers, worked on together
The account manager who owns your file, the chartered accountant behind them, and you, looking at the same live numbers. That is a monthly review at Finac.
