Set up your company’s finance function correctly from Day 1
In its first ninety days a company makes five finance decisions it lives with for years. Finac makes them properly once, runs your first month of books, and hands you a finance department that works — whether or not you keep us.

Five decisions you make in week one — whether you know it or not
Most founders make all five by default, in a hurry, and find out in year three that the books cannot be trusted.
The invoice
Template, numbering series, GST fields, e-invoicing readiness. A broken series in month two is an amendment problem in month fourteen.
The bank routine
Who downloads the statement, how often, who reconciles. Daily from the start means no unreconciled month, ever.
When GST is registered
Too late and the first invoices are wrong; with no plan and the credit on laptops and deposits is lost.
How people are paid
Employee on payroll or contractor on fees — the wrong answer in month one unwinds, with interest, in month eighteen.
The chart of accounts
Decides what you can see later: spend by channel and margin by product line as a report, or a week of re-classification.
Everything a finance function needs to start — done once, properly
Registrations
GST; TAN and TDS; PF, ESI and professional tax where applicable; Shops & Establishments where your state requires it.
Books and chart of accounts
Designed for your business; opening books on the AKSSAI platform; founder expenses and subscription money recorded correctly.
Bank routine
Agreed with your bank so books stay within 24 hours of the statement from the first month.
Invoicing
Sales invoice template with GST fields, numbering and e-invoicing readiness; your first invoices reviewed.
Company-law coordination
INC-20A, the first auditor’s appointment and the first board meeting, with your company secretary or AKSSAI.
First-year calendar
Your compliance calendar populated in the platform — state-specific, with every date and what it is.
First month’s books
Bookkeeping, GST and TDS for month one handled; your first weekly digest within 21 days.
Ninety-day plan
A plan meeting at day 45 with the indicative Finac band for continuing; a close-out at day 90.
Not included: incorporation itself (sold separately) · statutory audit · ROC filing professional fees beyond coordination · clean-up of pre-existing books · payroll processing beyond set-up · tax or legal opinions · anything not written in the Setup letter.

Frequently asked
Is this a package of registrations?
No. Registrations are in it, but the Setup is the finance function itself: the chart of accounts, the bank routine, the invoice template, the calendar and your first month of books — done so the company runs properly from day one.
Do we have to continue with Finac afterwards?
No. The Setup is a complete project with a hand-over. If you do continue, the fee comes back as credit against months four to six of the engagement.
We have not incorporated yet. Can we start?
Yes. Incorporation is a separate one-time service (₹9,999 for a company, ₹7,999 for an LLP, government fees at cost) and the Setup follows it.
Why ₹14,999 when incorporation platforms include ‘accounting’?
Because what they include is a filing plan, and what the Setup builds is a finance function. If a filing plan is what your company needs, it is the right choice — and our calendars and guides are free.
How long does it take?
Ninety days end to end: registrations and the bank routine in week one, the first digest by day 21, your first month’s books by day 30, the plan meeting at day 45, close-out at day 90.

Eighteen questions, two minutes, no contact details until you see the result. Finac’s monthly engagements start at ₹6,999 and rise with scope; the Setup is how they begin.
