The first-year finance calendar, for the entity you actually have
A company, an LLP, a funded startup and a foreign-owned subsidiary do not share a calendar. Each one below lists every registration, filing and payment date for the first year, with one line on what it is and which law it sits under. These are the calendars Finac’s teams work from.

Four entities, four calendars
Start with the entity. Each calendar carries the full company set where it applies, then adds what is specific.
The base calendar
Every newly incorporated private limited company. Dates counted from incorporation, the monthly rhythm, and the fixed dates of FY 2026-27.
- INC-20A within 180 days
- AGM by 30 September
- AOC-4 and MGT-7 after it
A lighter year, two dates that never move
Professional-services partnerships and small trading LLPs. No board meetings or AGM, but Form 11 and Form 8 have fixed dates and the audit threshold is low.
- Form 11 by 30 May
- Form 8 by 30 October
- Audit above ₹40 lakh turnover
The company calendar plus the round
DPIIT-recognised and funded companies. Everything on the company calendar, then the filings that arrive with a raise, an ESOP scheme and investors.
- PAS-3 within 15 days
- MGT-14 within 30 days
- FC-GPR where the investor is foreign
The company calendar plus the RBI and the parent
Indian subsidiaries of foreign companies. The domestic calendar, then FEMA, transfer pricing, withholding on payments to the parent, and the group close.
- FC-GPR within 30 days
- FLA by 15 July
- Form 48 by 31 October
The monthly rhythm every entity keeps
Whatever the entity, these six dates repeat every month. They are the first thing Finac automates for a new client, because the penalties compound.
A calendar with a name against every line
Each date on these pages is tracked for every client, with a start date, a target date, a person responsible and the filed acknowledgement attached. You see the same calendar we do.
Would you rather someone handled these dates for you?
Eighteen questions, two minutes, and you see what Finac would cost your business. Finac engagements start at ₹6,999 a month and rise with the work.
