Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support audit and taxation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure compliance
- Assist in Income Tax returns, TDS filings, and tax audits
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Support statutory audits and internal audits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for financial data
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA (preferred)
- Experience: 2–5 years in accounting/taxation
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Good analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in CA firm or consultancy
- Exposure to audit, NBFC compliance, or financial reporting
- Ability to handle multiple clients/tasks
