Job Overview:
STCO Consulting LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. You will oversee daily accounting operations, guide junior team members, and contribute to efficient financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
- Classify and maintain Fixed Assets accurately
- Perform and review bank reconciliations regularly
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory standards
- Prepare and present MIS dashboards for senior management
- Finalize books of accounts at year-end and assist during audits
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
