Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst / Accountant to join our dynamic team.
This role is crucial in optimizing revenue processes across new sales and renewals, ensuring accurate forecasting,
and collaborating across departments to enhance overall revenue performance. If you have a strong background in

Key Responsibilities:
1) Revenue Analysis and Forecasting:
a) Analyze sales and renewal data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
b) Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support business planning and decision making.
c) Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance revenue performance.
2) Sales/Renewal Process Optimization:
a) Collaborate with the Sales and Renewals teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
b) Track and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, deal velocity, forecast accuracy,
and pipeline health.
3) Data Management and Reporting:
a) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and renewal activities in CRM and other systems.
b) Create and distribute regular reports and dashboards to track revenue performance and key metrics.
c) Ensure data integrity and consistency across all revenue-related systems and platforms.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
a) Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
b) Coordinate with Marketing to align sales and renewal efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
c) Support the development of sales and renewal training materials and best practices.
Qualifications:
1) 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, financial analysis, or a related role in a SaaS
company.
2) Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
3) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
