About the Role
We are hiring a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring and support talent acquisition activities. This is a remote opportunity suitable for freshers and early-career professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain candidate database, MIS, and reports
- Prepare presentations and recruitment dashboards
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience
Requirements
- MBA (HR preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and AI tools
