Job Description
Akssai Projexel is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in basic accounting functions and be willing to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Assist in invoice processing, billing, and vendor reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support GST filings and statutory compliance documentation
- Assist in preparation of financial reports, ledgers, and MIS
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external vendors
- Ensure accuracy and timely closure of monthly accounting activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- 1 – 2 year of relevant accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST and statutory compliance
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
