Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Development Executives to support the growth of our MineTrac division. This role is client-facing and involves extensive intercity travel to meet potential clients in person. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and capable of building long-term relationships within the mining and heavy industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the mining and infrastructure sector.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for MineTrac solutions.
  • Understand client-specific needs and provide tailored business proposals.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Close deals through effective negotiation and consultative selling.
  • Maintain a high level of daily outreach and client interaction.

Market Research & Intelligence:

  • Gather market feedback, monitor competitor offerings, and report insights to leadership.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, opportunities, and client demands in the mining sector.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with the product and operations teams to ensure timely and effective client delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial or technical product sales preferred.
  • Experience with field-based client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within and outside the city.
  • Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
