Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru and manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements independently.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.
