- Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. The role requires strong market understanding, relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently manage the sales cycle.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → proposal → closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and key accounts
- Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Track leads and performance using CRM / sales reports
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BDM / Sales / Client Acquisition
- Strong exposure to B2B sales, preferably in services / consulting / IT / finance
- Proven experience in deal closures and revenue contribution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability
- Preferred Profile
- Experience in CA firms, consulting, IT services, recruitment, or financial services
- Local market understanding of Jabalpur / MP region
- Experience handling corporate and SME clients
