Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Sales Marketing at STCO India. The part involves day-to-day tasks such as analyzing sales operations, creating business plans, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • Experience in sales and marketing.
  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in Banking Services, NBFC sector, or related to IT software.
  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
