Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage the Noida HR function as the primary HR SPOC. The role requires a balanced mix of Talent Acquisition (30–40%) and HR Operations/People Management (60–70%), while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for the Noida office.
- Manage HR operations, employee engagement, and people management activities.
- Act as the HR SPOC and collaborate with TA, Admin, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across locations.
- Develop and maintain HR documentation, SOPs, and policies.
Key Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles.
- Strong exposure to Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Experience in HR documentation, SOP creation, and policy drafting is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
