All documents are collected over WhatsApp or via a secure portal. We assign you a dedicated SPOC who handles all data requests and keeps the process simple. No IT setup required on your end.
What happens if my accountant leaves?+
That’s our problem, not yours. Finac owns attrition and transition risk entirely. We maintain structured documentation so any incoming team member is up to speed within days — with no disruption to your books or filings.
Is my financial data secure?+
Yes. All client data is stored on Finac’s proprietary ERP with role-based access controls. We follow strict data handling protocols and your business data is never shared with third parties.
Can I upgrade my plan later?+
Absolutely. Plans are designed to grow with your business. You can upgrade from Remote to Hybrid, or add payroll and EPF compliance at any time. Downgrades are possible with 30-day notice.
Do you cover non-metro cities?+
Yes. We operate across 8+ cities in India including Tier 2 markets. Non-metro pricing is lower than metro pricing, and all plans are available across locations.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. We offer one month of bookkeeping before you commit. After a quick onboarding call, we set up your accounts, complete a month of books, and present the results. You then decide whether to continue — no financial commitment required upfront.
