Job Summary
STCO is looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (first-year CA) to join the Delivery / Client Service Team and manage non-corporate Indian clients. The role involves working closely with internal teams across locations and delivering high-quality professional services in compliance, advisory, and client engagement.
Candidates with articleship experience from Big 4 firms will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery and execution for non-corporate Indian clients
- Support client servicing across taxation, compliance, and advisory assignments
- Coordinate with internal teams across Jaipur, Bangalore, and Jabalpur offices
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory deliverables
- Review financial data, compliance filings, and documentation accuracy
- Assist in process improvements and strengthen delivery quality
- Build strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to cross-location knowledge sharing and execution support
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – First attempt preferred
- 3–4year post-qualification experience
- Articleship experience from Big 4 firms preferred
- Strong understanding of Indian compliance frameworks
- Ability to manage client deliverables independently
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, cross-location delivery structure
