About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Bangalore team. The role focuses on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering revenue targets. Candidates with prior experience in FinTech, banking, insurance, or credit card domains will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and execution
  • Maintain accurate data and pipeline updates in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Experience in FinTech / Banking / Insurance / Credit Card industry preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools

Preferred Profile:

  • Candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with 10–15 days notice period
  • Experience in B2B sales environments
