Job Overview

Akssai Projexel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales for our SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales or B2B sales within the banking, insurance, fintech, or financial services domain, with strong capabilities in lead generation, relationship building, and closing business deals.

The role requires a proactive sales professional who can engage with businesses, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities for SDCO’s SaaS-based products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, merchants, and institutional partners.
  • Generate leads through field sales, networking, referrals, partnerships, and market outreach activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings to showcase the value of SaaS solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, product implementation, and customer success.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates, reports, and CRM records.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development.
  • Prior experience in banking, insurance, fintech, credit card sales, debit card sales, POS solutions, payment solutions, or financial services will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales targets effectively.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS solutions, digital platforms, or fintech products is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in merchant acquisition, financial product sales, or payment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented professional with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
