Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization’s talent acquisition requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment pipelines and trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable working from the Noida office.
CTC / Compensation: As per experience and organizational budget.
